Description of Amount Overdue at Expiration

The data transmission will stop after the DTS task expires or is in arrears. It will be deleted if the renewal is not completed within 7 days.

Billing Method

Monthly Package

After the task expires, the charging state will be marked to be in the expiry state and the service will stop. If there is no renewal within 7 days, the task will be deleted after 7 days.

Pay by configuration/Pay-as-you-go

After the task is in arrears, the charging state will be marked to be in the arrears state and the service will stop. If there is no renewal within 7 days, the task will be deleted after 7 days.

Affects caused by service outage

Data Migration

• The migration task is stopped during the full synchronization phase, which cannot be restarted again.
• The migration task is stopped during the incremental synchronization phase. If the source database binlog has been cleared and the data is discontinuous, the task cannot be restarted.

Data subscription

If the source database binlog has been cleared and the data is discontinuous, the subscription task cannot be restarted.
