Console usage related restrictions
| Items | Description |

| Account Restrictions | You need to pass the real-name verification to use the cloud Redis service. For details, please refer to Real-name Verification. |
| Quota Limit | The user quota found by console query shall prevail. If you need to increase the quota, you can submit a ticket to apply for it. |
| Payment method | To create an instance subject to yearly/monthly package pay-in-advance billing, you need to pre-pay the instance fee. To create an instance subject to billing by configuration, the sum of your account balance and available vouchers must not be lower than the consumption threshold. |
| Network restrictions | The public cloud uses VPC to manage the network security of each service, and supports access to the same VPC. |
| ACL Restriction | If the ACL associated with the subnet is set to prohibit the release, it will affect the successful creation of the instance. If it has been set, it must be configured to release. |
| Account Balance Limit | Account balance (including vouchers) must not be less than RMB 50. If the account amount is less than RMB 50, it may affect the creation of new resources and cause the creation to fail. You need to recharge it before use. |
| Restrictions on Deleting Resources subject to yearly/monthly package pay-in-advance billing | In principle, the resources subject to yearly/monthly package pay-in-advance billing cannot be deleted directly before expiration, and can only be deleted after expiration. Please contact customer service if you really need to delete them before expiration. |

| Disable high-risk commands | Considering that high-risk commands may affect Redis service performance and endanger data security, the console currently disables high-risk commands by default. |
| Idle connection recovery mechanism | Currently, the server has a 5-minute idle connection disconnection mechanism. |
| Each instance supports 256 DBs | The database name cannot be customized, and is 0-255, a total of 256 DBs by default. The total amount of data stored in all DBs is limited by the memory size of the instance, and the memory occupied by a single DB is automatically assigned according to usage. |
