JD/JD Finance APP Verification by Scanning the QR Code is the process that you use your JD APP to scan the QR code and complete JD Cloud individual real-name verification via the real-time authorization of JD/JD Finance APP.

Verification process

1. Go to the real-name verification page and click “JD/JD Finance APP Verification by Scanning the QR Code” in the “Individual Verification” tab to generate an QR code from the system. Users use JD/JD Finance APP to scan this QR code.

2. Users use JD/JD Finance APP to scan a QR code. If the system detects that your account has finished the individual real-name verification in JD Mall/JD Finance, jump to the authorization page, tick “Agree JD Cloud to read your identify information for individual real-name verification” protocol, click “OK” to complete the real-name authorization of JD APP, and authorize JD Cloud to get your real-name information in JD Mall/JD Finance.

3. Users use JD/JD Finance APP to scan a QR code. If the system detects that your account has not finished the individual real-name verification in JD Mall/JD Finance, jump to the page, reminding users of user authorization failure because “The current JD Cloud account has not finished the individual real-name verification”.

4. Users use JD/JD Finance APP to scan a QR code. If the system detects that your account has verified other JD Cloud accounts, jump to the page, reminding users of user authorization failure because “your account has verified other JD Cloud accounts”.
