Face recognition of legal person

JD Cloud Enterprise Verification supports face recognition of legal person. For individual business, the method of face recognition of legal person can also be adopted. Meanwhile, if the enterprise real-name verification is completed for your account at JD Finance Enterprise Station, you can also complete the one-click synchronization of verification status on the JD Cloud page.

Verification steps

The process of face recognition of legal person is mainly divided into the following four steps:

1. Select Enterprise Real-name Mode - Real-name face recognition of legal person
2. Write the enterprise name and the name and ID card number of legal person, and check and submit them
3. After the aforesaid three information verification is correct, a real-time QR code will be generated.
4. The legal person uses JD Cloud APP to scan the QR code and complete face recognition.

Note: According to the opinions on the registration system reform of the State Council and the relevant requirements for all provinces’ and cities’ accelerating the reform of the “five certificates in one, one unified social credit code for one business license” registration system, various market subjects need to complete the renewal of the “unified social credit code” business license before December 31, 2017. From January 1, 2018, any unrenewed licenses will lose effect, and the operation of their market subjects will be regarded as unlicensed. So, JD Cloud currently only supports that the user completes enterprise real-name verification with the business license loaded with unified social credit code.

1. Select the type of entity

Enter the Real-name Verification page to choose enterprise verification.

• As a limited liability company, please select Enterprise;
• As an individual business, please select Individual Business.

2. Select the verification method

Select the face recognition of legal person for verification, and click “Next”

3. Enter enterprise name and information of legal person

Enter the organization name on your business License and the name and ID card number of legal person.

4. Click “Next” to generate a QR code

Click “Next” to generate a QR code containing the identity information of legal person.

5. Use JD Cloud App to scan the QR code

Download JD Cloud App, and use ”Scan” on the upper right corner of App console to scan the QR code.

6. Complete face recognition on App

7. Face recognition for examination is passed, i.e. complete the enterprise real-name verification
